Armenistis is one of the largest organized campsites in Halkidiki and the area in which it is located is ideal for one-day excursions and sightseeing visits. Do not hesitate to ask the camping staff for more information as they will inform you and suggest various trails and hikes from which you can choose.

You can also rent either a car or a bicycle for short trips in order to explore the area. Sithonia is famous for its beautiful natural beauty and the area around Armenistis is the best proof: Olive groves, dense forests, sunny meadows and clearings, famous beaches and traditional settlements await you. The people of Armenistis will inform you in detail about organized hikes on trails, ideal routes by bike or car, as well as for short or long excursions. Don't forget to take a boat tour of the neighbouring Mount Athos or enjoy hiking on the peaks of Athos with its historic monasteries.
