Camping Ionion
Camping Ionion is a unique organized campsite in the village of Mytikas invites you to a peaceful, calm and friendly environment and promises to enchant you and offer you moments of fun and relaxation. The hospitable environment of the campsite has been welcoming visitors since 1990 having created a warm and family environment giving every year an unforgettable holiday experience.
Camping Ionion is located just ten minutes away from Mytika village in Aitoloakarnania, an ideal location surrounded by lush natural environment and endless blue... a combination that leaves every visitor stunned.
In an area of ten acres there are spacious places for guests and offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. The modern facilities are designed to meet the needs of all guests.
There is a tavern and restaurant that offers guests every day handmade meals made from pure and fresh ingredients, ouzo mezes and many other dishes. In addition there is a café where you can enjoy your favorite drink, a cold coffee, various snacks and delicious ice creams.
The campsite offers all guests free wifi, free parking, free electricity, kitchen, dishwasher, toilets and shower.
For a low fee, guests can use additional services such as the washing machine and telecommunications and fax services.

The location of the campsite is ideal if you prefer alternative getaways and activities as you are given many options such as hiking, diving, one-day excursions. If you are interested in the above activities do not hesitate to visit the reception of the campsite to learn more.
From the village of Mytikas you can find every day two sailings by boat to kalamos island, an ideal destination for a one-day excursion.
If you prefer hiking then do not miss to visit the church of Panagia. Start the morning from the campsite and get ready for a one-hour hike with magnificent views from the mountain.
You can even rent a bike to explore the surrounding area. The environment is ideal for cycling routes.

H τοποθεσία του κάμπινγκ είναι ιδανική εάν προτιμάς εναλλακτικές αποδράσεις και δραστηριότητες καθώς σου δίνονται πολλές επιλογές όπως πεζοπορία, καταδύσεις, μονοήμερες εκδρομές. Εάν σε ενδιαφέρουν οι παραπάνω δραστηριότητες μην διστάσεις να επισκεφτείς τη reception του κάμπινγκ για να μάθεις περισσότερα.
Από το χωριό Μύτικας μπορείς να βρείς κάθε μέρα δυο δρομολόγια με καραβάκι προς το νησί Κάλαμος, έναν ιδανικό προορισμό για μονοήμερη εκδρομή.
Εάν προτιμάς τη πεζοπορία τότε μην παραλείψεις να επισκεφτείς το εκκλησάκι της Παναγίας. Ξεκίνα πρωί από το κάμπινγκ και ετοιμάσου για μία μονόωρη πεζοπορία με μαγευτική θέα από το βουνό.
Μπορείς ακόμη να ενοικιάσεις ποδήλατο για να εξερυνήσεις την γύρω περιοχή. Το περιβάλλον είναι ιδανικό για ποδηλατικές διαδρομές.
